Development Course — This
course is designed to help students who are planning to audition
for the Visual Arts program at the Alabama School of Fine Arts.
A.S.F.A offers students, grades 7-12, a "unique opportunity
to explore the frontiers of their own talents". ASFA visual
arts students engage in advanced studio work in painting, sculpture
and drawing, as well as art history, and digital photography.
This class will assist your child in developing a strong personalized
portfolio and give him or her a basic understanding of technical
art techniques and terms.
